To deposit, log in to your profile, touch Dashboard at the top of the page, and click Deposit. Then, select your preferred payment option, specify the deposit amount, and click Deposit Now. If necessary, please fill in additional information and confirm the deposit. All deposit methods available in your area are listed on the page.
For bank transfers, all requests are processed within 30 minutes during our Finance Department's working hours. If you deposit via Skrill, Neteller, Perfect Money or crypto, the process is instant.
We usually process all requests within 30 minutes to 1 hour. You will receive an email notification once your request has been processed.
While these restrictions vary by bank and account type, they are generally designed to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering and tax evasion. However, to avoid unnecessary processing delays, we recommend depositing (or withdrawing) funds in one request rather than doing them separately.
You can deposit any currency into our USD account and convert at the official exchange rate at the time of transaction. Please note that you cannot change your account currency, but you can always open a new account in USD if needed.
Log in to your profile and click "Withdraw" on the dashboard menu. Select your preferred withdrawal method and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Then fill in other information as needed and confirm the deposit using your SWIFT PIN and the required information in the other fields. Please note that your available margin must not exceed the withdrawal amount. Otherwise, our finance department will not be able to process your request.
